Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This notice covers the Everstreak waitlist only: the form on everstreak.app where you can ask to hear when Everstreak launches. The apps will have their own privacy policy when they launch.
Who we are
Everstreak is made by ANRIS LABS LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. We decide how your data is used, which makes us the "controller" under data protection law.
You can reach us at support@everstreak.app about anything in this notice.
What we collect
Your email address, when you confirmed it, and which version of this notice you confirmed under. That's all we keep on the list. We don't ask for your name or anything else.
To protect the form from misuse, we also handle some short-lived technical information. That's explained under "Protecting the form" below.
What we use it for
To send you one email when Everstreak launches. We won't send newsletters or marketing, and we won't share, sell or rent your address to anyone.
We rely on your consent to do this. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it.
Nothing goes on the list until you confirm
When you sign up, we email you a link. Opening it shows a page where you confirm, and only then do we add your address to the list. If you never confirm, you're not on the list. The link stops working after 24 hours.
An unconfirmed sign-up still leaves a few short traces:
- Our email provider keeps a delivery record of the confirmation email, which includes your address. It deletes that record automatically after 30 days.
- If the confirmation email bounces or is marked as spam, our email provider adds the address to a do-not-send list, so it's never emailed again. It stays there until we remove it, which we do if you ask.
- The one-way code described under "Protecting the form", which is deleted within 24 hours.
Protecting the form
To stop anyone using the form to flood someone else's inbox, or to sign up automatically, we do three things. For these we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service from misuse, not on your consent.
- Cloudflare's bot check looks at technical information about your browser to confirm you're a person.
- Cloudflare briefly processes technical information, including your IP address, to limit how many sign-ups one connection can make in a short time. We don't store it.
- We keep a one-way code made from your email address, never the address itself, to count the confirmation emails sent to it. We can't turn the code back into your address. It's pseudonymized rather than anonymous, and it's deleted automatically at most 24 hours after the first confirmation email.
How long we keep it
Until we've sent the launch email. We then delete the whole list within 30 days.
If you take yourself off the list before that, we remove your address right away. Our email provider's logs, which it deletes after 30 days, may still show it until then.
Who handles it for us
We use two service providers, who process your data only on our instructions:
- Resend sends our emails and holds the waitlist.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the check that blocks automated sign-ups, briefly processes technical information, including IP addresses, to protect the site against abuse such as repeated sign-ups, and holds the short-lived one-way code. We don't store the IP addresses.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where your data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, it's protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This page uses no analytics and no advertising cookies, and doesn't track you. To stop automated sign-ups, Cloudflare's bot check looks at technical information about your browser to confirm you're a person. It only loads once you start filling in the form.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
You can take yourself off the list at any time. The confirmation email and the page you see after confirming both link to a page that does it, the launch email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can simply email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 or over.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. We won't use your address for anything new without asking you first.
